Your responses are used exclusively to generate your personalized cognitive reports and to provide secure access to purchased insight layers.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal data.
3. Storage & Security
All data is stored on encrypted infrastructure with restricted access controls. Cognitive response data is never shared with third parties.
Security is implemented at the infrastructure and application layers.
4. Payment Processing
Payments are securely processed through Lemon Squeezy. Elnevo does not store or process credit card information directly.
5. Data Deletion
You may request deletion of your stored data at any time by contacting our support email. Upon request, all associated records will be permanently removed.
