Digital Access & Purchase Terms
Elnevo provides instant-access digital reports. Due to the nature of digital delivery, purchases are generally considered final.
1. Digital Product Policy
All assessments and reports are delivered immediately upon purchase. As digital products cannot be returned, refunds are not automatically granted.
2. Technical Issues
If you experience technical problems that prevent access to your purchased content, please contact support within 7 days of purchase.
Verified access failures will be resolved or refunded accordingly.
3. Duplicate Transactions
Accidental duplicate payments may qualify for refund upon verification.
4. Review Process
Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not guaranteed and remains at Elnevo’s discretion.
